We’re so excited to be starting our journey with a new library system. We anticipate there will be a few bumps along the way as we all learn the new software. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

KOHA FAQ

How do I login to my account in the new system?

Our new library catalog link is hollisnh.bywatersolutions.com. Your username is first name.last name (Example: john.smith) and your new password is the last 4 digits of your library card number.

Still can’t login? Give us a call: 603.465.7721. We’ll walk you through it!


Has my library username changed?

Yes. Your username is your first name.last name (example: john.smith). If you cannot login please call the library, we’re here to help!


Has my library password changed?

Possibly. Your password is now the last 4 digits of your library card number. If that was what you were using, nothing has changed! If not, your password has been reset to the last 4 digits of your library card number. If you cannot login please call the library, we’re here to help!


Where is my borrowing history?

Please note that your borrowing history is not being automatically transferred to the new system.

If you would like to transfer your borrowing history please call the library, 603.465.7721, BEFORE March 15, 2020. Thank you!


Why is Overdrive/Libby asking me for a password?

**STARTING MARCH 9th** Overdrive & the Libby App will now require a password to access your account. Your username is still your library barcode and your password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

I can login but can’t use my Overdrive/Libby account?

**STARTING MARCH 9th** To use your Overdrive account & the Libby App, your library membership will need to be in good standing. This may mean you need to come into the library to renew your membership. We renew your account every two years so we can keep your information up-to-date!

You must renew your library membership in person. Please bring in a photo ID with your current address OR a photo ID and a piece of mail with your current address. Please call us, 603.465.7721, with any questions. We’re looking forward to seeing you!
