Libby App

The Hollis Social Library offers downloadable ebooks, audiobooks and magazines in cooperation with other New Hampshire public libraries through the NH Downloadable Book Consortium. This consortium is curated and funded by the New Hampshire State Library.

Libby is an easy to use, intuitive interface that allows you to borrow ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines for FREE from your Library. Get started today by downloading the Libby App.

Borrowing Info:

  • You can have 3 items checked out at one time.
  • You can have 5 holds at one time.
  • You can return a title early. You do not have to wait for it to expire.
  • You can renew an item if no one is waiting for it.
  • eBooks & audiobooks function the same as a physical item. The electronic license, for an item, can only be out to one device at a time. Because of this you may encounter wait lists for items.

Things To Know:

  • To use Libby, your Library Account must be current and in good standing without any overdue items or fees.
  • Need to renew your Library Account? Use our online Library Card Form.
  • You will need a password to access Libby. Your Libby password is the same as your Library Account password.
  • Don’t know your Library password? Click here for step by step reset instructions.
